EyeFortin ships to customers across the United States and internationally. This page details our shipping methods, delivery times, fees, and tracking procedures.
EyeFortin ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an order-confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping-confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or another carrier as applicable) to track your package. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement at no cost to you when applicable.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. EyeFortin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send it.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for certain orders, military APO/FPO addresses, or countries with import restrictions on dietary supplements. If your location is restricted, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after order placement.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, we are unable to make changes — but you can still use our 60-day money-back guarantee upon delivery.
